Shipping & Delivery

  • AUSTRALIA

    Standard shipping is FREE over $100 for all orders Australian Wide. For all orders under $100, a cost of $7.95 applies.

    Express shipping is $11.95 for all orders in Australia.

    NEW ZEALAND

    Standard shipping is FREE over $100 for all orders in New Zealand. For all orders under $100, a cost of $7.95 applies.

    DHL Express shipping - $20 flat rate.

    INTERNATIONAL

    Standard shipping is a $15 flat rate for all International orders.

    DHL Express International shipping to the US and the UK - Flat rate of $30 AUD.

  • Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number (please note, your email may have been directed to your junk/spam folders). Once we lodge your parcel you will receive another email with the relevant tracking information, so that you can keep track of your order.

  • Please send an email to hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au with the correct address you wish your order to be delivered to. Please also include your order number, and name used at checkout. Please note, if you email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to change your address as it can take our customer care team 1 - 3 business days to attend to your email.

    Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address and we cannot cancel or refund your order. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

    Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

  • Please note estimated timeframes do not include dispatch times. Please allow 1 – 4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions makes your life easier by automatically shipping your favourite Lash Therapy product to you on a recurring basis, AND you get $$ off! You can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription whenever you’d like in your account. To sign-up for subscription, just pick the Subscribe & Save option on the product page and pick your frequency before proceeding to checkout. Only available for select products. Please note promo codes and afterpay cannot be used on subscriptions.

  • You can change your next order date, skip an upcoming order, or cancel a subscription by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on your account page. All changes to your subscription must be made prior to the next shipment in order for it to process on time.

  • A recurring charge for the product(s) selected for 'Subscribe & Save' will be automatically charged to your credit card when your order ships. There is no minimum term and no minimum purchase amount.

    Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

    You can manage your active and inactive subscriptions in the My Subscriptions section under My Account.

  • Yes, you can select your preferred shipping frequency when you first sign up to a subscription or you can manage shipping frequency in your customer portal.

Returns & Refunds

  • To cancel your order please email hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au. If you place an order and email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that your order will be cancelled as it can take 1 - 3 business days for our customer service team to attend to your email. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes. Please be sure to double-check your order is correct before checking out.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as advertised, please contact hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    Our team will review it promptly and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We happily accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

    Please note, items from bundles or sets must be returned in full, refunds can’t be processed for individual products from a bundle.

    All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

    We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

    *We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender. 

    Please note, once a return has been delivered to us, it may take up to 30 business days to process your refund.

  • To place a wholesale order, please visit this page or email stockist@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au - please type 'WHOLESALE' in the subject line and a member of our wholesale team will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • We love partnering with salons, retailers, and lash professionals who share our passion for clean, effective lash care. Apply via our wholesale form and our team will review your application within a few business days.

  • Yes, we do have a small minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale customers. Once approved, our team will share the current MOQ and pricing details with you directly.

  • The Luscious Lash Club is our exclusive loyalty program, created to reward our most loyal LTA customers. As a member, you will earn points every time you shop with us. Being a club member will get you access to sales, discounts, FREE products as well as get a surprise treat on your birthday!

  • To put it simply - $1 AUD = 1 point

    Shop your fav LTA products and earn points as you go. You can also earn Luscious Points by creating an account, reaching a new member tier and by following our social channels.

  • Points are valid for 12 months from when you join the Luscious Lash Club. Your points will expire after one year of inactivity - such as redeeming points or placing an order.
