- Australia:Â Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD (with our rewards program). Orders under $100 ship for $7.95.
- Express Australia Post: $11.95 (1–3 business days, excl. weekends & public holidays).
- New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD (with rewards program). Standard shipping takes 8–12 business days. DHL Express available at $20 AUD (2–5 business days).
- International: $15 AUD flat rate (10–30 business days). DHL Express to US & UK $30 AUD (2–5 business days
We aim to process orders within 1–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way. (Please allow extra time during Christmas, sales, or peak periods.)
International customers (including the U.S.) are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid fees, we’ll refund the order minus original shipping and any return charges.
Email us at hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au straight away. We’ll do our best to catch it before your order ships, but once dispatched, we can’t make changes or cancellations.
We want you to love your products. If you need to arrange a return, please note the following:
- Lash Therapy Australia will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of being delivered; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.
- If your product was purchased as part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for individual products returned from a bundle/set.
- All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.Â
- If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.Â
