My absolute favourite lash serum, I started noticing a difference in the length and fullness within my lashes within 4 weeks of applying it to my eyes once a day. I get compliments for my lashes almost everyday now ever since i’ve been using it. The only thing i would say that pushed my rating down to 4 stars instead of five was when applying it consistently is darkens my eyes ever so slightly as well as given me consistent redness near the end of my eye which you would be able to see in the photos. Apart from that, this is the first lash serum i’ve tried that actually works and works well with significant difference between before and after shots.
I ordered this lash serum because I accidentally ripped half of my eyelashes out. I had a big bald spot and my lashes were falling out all the time. This serum has given me a pretty severe reaction, i’ve been to the hospital twice. Be careful when using this product, i have not had any allergic reactions to any products before and don’t have any known allergies.
The company answered my messages on instagram with scripted messages which makes me believe this has happened before. Lash therapy aus was happy to give me a refund.
