AUSTRALIA DELIVERY

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) is FREE on all orders over $100 AUD Australian wide. For orders under $100 shipping costs are $7.95.

Express Postage (1–4 Business Days) is $11.95 for all orders in Australia.

*Estimated timeframes do not include dispatch times. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

*Please note processing times may be delayed during the Christmas period and any sale periods. Please allow extra time to receive your order during these times.  

 

 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Standard Shipping (8-12 Business Days) is FREE on all orders over $100 AUD New Zealand wide.

DHL shipping - $20 AUD flat rate (2-5 business days).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable.

Standard Shipping (10-30 Business Days) for all International orders is a flat rate of $15 AUD.

DHL International shipping to the US and the UK - $30 AUD flat rate (2-5 business days).

DELIVERY NOTES

- Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. You will be required to pay any custom fees if liable, to receive your order.

- Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address and we cannot refund or cancel your order. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

- To cancel your order please email hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au. If you place an order and email us straight away, it is not guaranteed that your order will be cancelled as it can take 1-3 Business Days for our Customer Service team to attend to your email. If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.

- For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.

- If there is a possibility you may not be home when your parcel is due to arrive, please contact Australia Post to have your order left in a safe place, or redirected to your nearest Post Office.
