For international destinations outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK, shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Where available, duties and taxes are calculated upfront to help minimise unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Orders shipped within Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK are fulfilled locally and are not subject to additional customs charges upon delivery. -
During peak periods (sales, launches, holidays), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly extended.
We want you to love your products. If you need to arrange a return, please note the following:
- Lash Therapy Australia will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of being delivered; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.
- If your product was purchased as part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for individual products returned from a bundle/set.
- All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hi@lashtherapyaustralia.com.au prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

*We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender. Please note, once a return has been delivered to us, it may take up to 30 business days to process your refund.
