Simply pull out the mascara wand to begin with. Turn the notch at the top of the wand handle until desired bend is achieved. Your mascara wand is now customised to suit your eyelashes. Begin at the roots of the eyelashes and swipe in an upward slow motion to lift eyelashes. Apply as many coats as desired. Make sure to unwind the mascara wand before placing back into the tube so the wand is not damaged. Always tighten lid after each use to prevent mascara from drying out. For cosmetic purposes only.

I do love it and have noticed the length growing in my lashes however they mascara started to become very dry within two weeks leaving hard to use. The bendable applicator did make it easier to fit the eye. If I were to purchase again I would just get the serum.
